BOSTON — Wayfair is repeating its Way Day promotion, offering consumers another chance at deals similar to what it offered during a two-day Way Day sale in late April.

The online home furnishings retailer’s two-day event will run Oct. 25 and 26 and feature discounts of up to 80% off on its best sellers along with free shipping.

“We know that creating a feeling of home is especially important as our customers begin to brighten their spaces with décor, preparing to host holiday gatherings,” said Jon Blotner, chief commercial officer. “That is why we’re excited to kick off an extended season of deals with our second Way Day of the year.”

The sale on more than 1 million items will encompass all of the Wayfair brands: Wayfair, AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane, Perigold and Wayfair Professional and will be evident at its physical stores under the AllModern and Joss & Main nameplates.

The company is touting discounts on bedroom and living room furniture, décor, kitchen and dining and other categories, including its recently launched Kelly Clarkson Home Montana collection. Users of the Wayfair app will have access to additional deals beginning Oct. 23.

There will also be a live shopping event Oct. 25 on Instagram featuring interior design YouTube and HGTV star Mr. Kate.

Amazon recently concluded its second major sales event, Prime Big Deal Days, during which consumers purchased more than 25 million items.
